As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in ensuring timely customer payments, managing account portfolios, and maintaining healthy cash flow across the business. If youre ready to take on a new challenge, heres what you can expect

Your role
Manage collections activities for assigned customer portfolios, ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices;
Conduct customer account reviews, monitor ageing reports, and follow up on overdue balances;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate effective credit and collections processes;
Identify and resolve payment discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Service);
Escalate critical issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution;
Support month-end closing activities and provide accurate reporting on collection status and risks;
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Were looking for
Languages Proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional languages are a strong advantage, especially German, Italian, French or others;
Previous experience in O2C, Collections, Credit Control or Accounts Receivable;
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal;
Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
